Over the last three decades, the U.S. Department of Health and Human Services Health Resources and Services Administration (HRSA)’s Ryan White HIV/AIDS Program (RWHAP) has played a critical role in the United States’ public health response to HIV. What was once a deadly disease is now a manageable, chronic condition if there is access to high-quality health care, support, and appropriate medical treatment. Impact has supported HRSA’s HIV/AIDS Bureau (HAB) in vitally important work for more than 25 years, including 20 years working on the HRSA Health Communications, Marketing, and Dissemination contract. Under this contract, Impact developed a research synthesis, communications and dissemination strategy, technical assistance products, videos and multimedia products, databases, websites, data and performance measurement reports, bulletins, progress reports, ghostwritten materials for senior officials, and original photography, including management of a photo library of thousands of original images.
HRSA CAREAction Newsletter Series
Other work included developing and managing the seminal HRSA CAREAction newsletter series focused on sharing best practices, lessons learned, and emerging research and trends. Impact developed recommended topics for HRSA approval, created editorial calendars and production timelines, and researched, wrote, and designed all materials. Our work for HRSA/HAB has received “exceptional” acclaim year after year.
