end+disparities
The New York State Department of Health, Center for Quality Improvement & Innovation (CQII) looked to Impact Marketing to develop a visual identity, outreach and recruitment strategies, and educational products for its end+disparities Campaign and end+disparities ECHO Learning Collaborative. The work—funded by the U.S. Department of Health and Human Services, Health Resources and Services Administration (HRSA)—sought to address HIV disparities and improve viral load suppression, which saves lives and reduces the risk of new HIV infections.
Impact developed a logo and branded materials; marketing and communications planning and strategy; editorial calendars; recruitment materials; animated PSA video; a needs assessment and literature review; website design and build, including a Google translate feature; social media messaging and graphics; promotional placements; brochures; PDFs and printed packets and posters (in English and Spanish); and management of the evidence-informed intervention digital library.
The end+disparities Campaign was so successful, that it spurred a second round of funding for what would become the end+disparities ECHO Learning Collaborative. The Collaborative tapped into telehealth and distance learning technology to reach and engage an even larger group of providers and marginalized groups across the country.
