The Center for Integrative Medicine (CIM) engaged Impact to develop a new website design and associated maintenance services as well as launch a social media marketing campaign to increase awareness and drive traffic into their clinic.
Impact’s social media work for CIMs has included advertisements and promotions as well as message development, graphics design, social listening, editorial calendars, and strategy. For CIMs Facebook campaign, Impact conducted A/B testing (otherwise known as split testing) to assess messaging and visuals in real time that most resonate with key target audiences. Using this information, Impact stratified the most impactful messaging to target audiences based on key demographics (e.g., gender, education, income, race, zip code). Through this work, we were able to not only target individuals within CIM’s service area who were likely to qualify for opioid treatment but were also able to see what time of day, what images, and what messages worked best to drive target audience segments to both online education resources as well as conversion rates resulting in outreach inquiries and engagements into the treatment program.
